  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Time & Carriers

  • Standard delivery in the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
  • International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs delays.
  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on certain promotions or order minimums (details shown at checkout).

4. Order Tracking

After your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can check updates anytime on the carrier’s website.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
Certified Stash is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.
If your order appears lost or damaged, contact us at certifiedstash444@gmail.com and we’ll help file a claim or locate your package.

7. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
Certified Stash cannot predict or control these fees.
