Certified Stash is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
