Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every item from Certified Stash.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at certifiedstash444@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with easy instructions for returning your item.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval and next steps.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive your item for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Undergarments
- Accessories (hats, socks, etc.)
- Limited-release or clearance items
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
