Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every item from Certified Stash.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at certifiedstash444@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with easy instructions for returning your item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about the approval and next steps.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive your item for processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos of the issue — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Undergarments
  • Accessories (hats, socks, etc.)
  • Limited-release or clearance items

Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
